The Pelvic Floor Program
Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, experiencing bladder leakage, pelvic pain, prolapse, or simply noticing changes in your body with age, pelvic floor training is about helping you feel deeply reconnected to your body again.
Your pelvic floor is a small but powerful group of muscles that plays a vital role in everyday life. It supports your bladder and bowels, contributes to sexual function, and works alongside your core to stabilize and protect your body. When dysfunction shows up, many women are told it’s “just part of being a woman” or something to accept with time or age. While these experiences are common, they are not something you have to live with forever.
Each session is guided by your unique needs and may include movement therapy, posture and pressure management, core and pelvic floor coordination, and lifestyle education to support your pelvic health beyond our time together. This work goes beyond simply “strengthening muscles.” It’s about awareness, confidence, and creating a sustainable connection to your body for the long term.
