Join us for a 75-minute educational and movement-based workshop designed to help you understand the connection between your breath, core, and pelvic floor.
This is not just a workout.
This experience blends:
• Pelvic floor education
• Breath mechanics
• Core coordination
• Intentional Pilates flow
If you’ve ever felt confused during breath cues in class, unsure what your “core” should be doing, or disconnected from your body during movement — this workshop is for you.

Practical tools you can use in any Pilates class

Come join us for a 45-minute Pilates Sculpt class followed by 10 minutes meditation and stretchdesigned to challenge your body while keeping you grounded and connected.
This class is not heated, but it will get spicy. 🔥
All levels are welcome.
Just bring yourself, an a good vibe I’ll take care of the rest.
